Jessica Thrall, LCSW
Welcome!
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with twenty years of experience counseling children and teens, young adults, and families struggling with a variety of emotional and behavioral issues including anxiety, ADHD, depression, anger, stress, self-esteem, school struggles, trauma, and grief. I partner with families to cultivate stronger connections and develop insight into their children's emotions and behaviors. I help parents move toward a unified approach by bridging communication gaps and building skills to reduce conflict and restore peace in the home. I have extensive experience guiding parents through the unique parenting challenges of a child or teen with ADHD. I also support mothers navigating burnout, perfectionism, stress and the invisible mental load. Beyond my work with families, I enjoy supporting teens, college students and young adults as they navigate the challenges of relationships, school and life stressors. By developing practical tools for anxiety and relationship hurdles, we work to strengthen self-esteem and navigate life’s major transitions with a sense of agency and confidence. I am committed to helping young people understand themselves better, and believe in their capacity for growth and learn how to express themselves more effectively. I am deeply passionate about providing an inclusive, safe and nurturing space for the therapy process to be successful. I strive to provide clinical care that honors and respects your lived experiences and values.
