Individual Therapy

I help individuals move from feeling stuck to feeling empowered. By understanding the neuroscience of anxiety, we work together to break old patterns and build a toolkit that actually works for your life. My practice offers a specialized focus on the ADHD journey—whether you are navigating your own diagnosis or parenting a neurodivergent child—with an emphasis on bridging executive functioning gaps and replacing shame with a celebration of your unique strengths. I also provide a dedicated space for mothers to manage the heavy "mental load" and burnout of modern motherhood by building concrete stress management tools and learning to effectively communicate their needs. Additionally, I support young adults and college students as they manage the high-pressure transitions of campus life and early career shifts. Together, we move beyond just "getting by" to help you face challenges with clarity and confidence.

Family Therapy

My work focuses on the family ecosystem. By working with you—the parents—we strengthen the foundation of the home that allows the whole family to thrive. Research tell us that that for young children, the most impactful therapeutic interventions are parent-led behavioral training, focusing on empowering caregivers with the skills to facilitate lasting change. I work with parents to develop a deeper understanding of themselves and their partner, and learn new skills and strategies that foster positive behavior, reduce challenging dynamics, and strengthen connections. Using a brain-based approach to discipline, I help you adapt your parenting style to your child's unique neurodiverse or emotional needs, including providing tools to support anxious children. I offer ongoing guidance to help understand and address the stress and guilt that often come with caregiving. My goal is to help you create a calm, nurturing environment where you and your child can thrive.
